Iain Blair, President

Iain is the President and founder of Blair Financial Services and has been practicing as a financial advisor since 1991. His focus on providing independent and comprehensive advice to his clients drove the Integrated Solutions concept. Iain has continued to make learning a priority and achieved his RHU designation in 1997, CLU designation in 2007 and CEBS designation in 2014. He was born and raised in the Ottawa Valley until he moved to Waterloo to attend University. Iain holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours Science & Business) from the University of Waterloo. He is a resident of Waterloo, where he lives with his wife and two children.

Iain is a Registrant of Assante Financial Management Ltd., a member of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada (MFDA).

Aaron Cyr

Aaron Cyr provides integrated solutions in benefits planning, business planning, personal planning and retirement solutions. His key focus for business clients is creating and updating plan designs, to improve benefits and retirement solutions workflows for your HR team, while increasing employee engagement through unique healthcare and HR applications. He provides and promotes solutions that have measurable results, specifically in financial wellness and mental wellness, for both our individual and corporate clients, and their employees. Aaron provides specific and customized direction to each individual or employee on what actions or applications are required, to achieve their desired outcome.

Aaron brings 14 years of business management experience to his consulting and understands many of the challenges that both employers and employees face. Aaron was born and raised in Alberta and eventually moved to Ontario with his wife and two children, joining Blair Financial Services in 2010.

Keith Malkin

Keith Malkin, CEBS, GBA, RPA

AGA Benefit Solutions

Using a team-based approach with our associates and plan sponsors, Keith provides the knowledge and expertise to promote an integrated solutions strategy to ensure that employee and executive benefits programs are designed to meet corporate philosophies, goals and objectives.

He originally trained as a nurse and received his Registered Nurse diploma in 1987. He obtained his Certified Health Specialist (CHS, formerly RHU) designation in 2005, Certificate in Global Benefits Management in 2012, Group Benefit Associate (GBA) designation in 2018 and is currently enrolled in Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program.
Keith returned to AGA Benefit Solutions in 2008, after having worked with us between 2001 and 2002 supporting the sales of living benefits products. In the interim, Keith worked with national insurers where he specialized in promoting creative sales concepts to financial advisors and their clients. As part of AGA Benefit Solutions’ Group Benefits strategy, his responsibilities include the delivery of customized solutions that address plan designs, as well as the implementation and on-going management of benefit programs.

Sophie Moryoussef

Sophie Moryoussef, Insurance Specialist who brings more than 29 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her studies in Actuarial sciences together with her head office experience in Marketing, distribution and concept development gives her an edge in regards to competitive positioning and technical support. Over the past decade, Sophie has worked in the advanced market, providing her clientele with creative solutions to reduce and fund client’s tax payable, provide financial security and provide insight into strategies which enhances overall client’s net worth. Her commitment to provide top-notch support and service is key to developing long lasting relationships.

Lana Doucette
Senior Group Insurance Consultant

Lana is a Benefits Consultant in AGA Benefit Solutions’ Kitchener Marketing Office where she is responsible for the provision and promotion of services to support the sales and servicing of AGA Benefit Solutions’ Group Benefits and GSI lines of business. Lana’s focus is on developing and maintaining strong client relationships through the delivery and implementation of strategies designed to achieve the objectives of each client’s specific plan purpose.

She joined AGA Benefit Solutions in 1997 and has been an integral member of the Group Benefits Division since its inception, first working as a Technical Consultant and later being promoted to a Consultant role. Prior to joining AGA Benefit Solutions, Lana was an underwriter with one of Canada’s largest national insurance organizations. Her extensive technical background and ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience will be of critical importance as AGA Benefit Solutions continues to expand the horizon on value-added service in the employee benefits marketplace.
